Rancho Cucamonga is the best place to get fit. The park is beautiful and full of energetic people. We work in an isolated area under a lot of trees.

Small Group Fitness Classes -

Class ONE 9:00am - 10:00am
Class TWO 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Class THREE 5:30pm- 6:30pm
Class FOUR 6:30pm -7:30pm
Difficulty: All Levels Are Welcome. It’s a family oriented environment. So bring your kids with you and challenge each other in some fitness fun!
What to Bring: Water, small towel and Yoga Mat (free weights are optional)
Younique Fitness brings the equipment to the park!! Bosu, Bands, Balls, Mats, etc…. Younique Fitness will challenge and motivate each individual through movement, coordination, balance, flexibility, strength and muscular endurance. Challenging circuits for all levels of fitness!!
Cost: Pay every 8 weeks for a total of $160. Only ONE make-up is allowed for every 8 week session paid. No refunds, no exceptions. Rainy days will be issued for a makeup, only when notified by the fitness instructor.
Younique Fitness offers outdoor fitness classes to anyone over the age of 15 to the communities of Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Claremont, Montclair, Ontario and Pomona.
Upland - Cabrillo Park

Difficulty: Moderate to Hard
Welcome to your perfect morning workout routine. During this one hour fitness class, we do a series of moderate to intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise, calisthenic skills, coordination, stability and joint mobility movements and work on core postural alignment. This class is perfect for those participants who can’t afford a personal trainer and wants to accomplish fitness goals and objectives.
POMONA - Lincoln Park

Difficulty: Easy to Moderate
Residents of Pomona, let’s get moving! Beautiful historic area to participate in the outdoors. Come out and enjoy a easy to moderate low intensity fitness class. We will work on Daily Activity Movements (ADL) that will increase your strength, stability, joint mobility, decrease the chances of falling by working coordination, reaction time, spacial awareness and agility exercises for the body and mind. This class is great for older adults who are in need of extra attention in building muscular mass and movement mechanics.
