Younique FIT is a functional interval training fitness program that involves participants to learn about movement within appropriate physical training levels. This program is progressive and inventive to  all participants who are willing to be motivated and pushed out of their comfort zone. 

Level 1- Basic ADL Movement

Level 1 is perfect for any participant that need has done some sort of physical activity in the past or is currently exercising at a moderate pace and has the need to add instructional postural movements to help coordinate, strengthen or engage the benefits 

Level 2- Movement for Physical Activities

Level 3- Movement Built For an Athlete
